The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged a baby bed for us, as requested. The rooms were cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. One of the rooms had air conditioning, perfect for the hot weather. The hotel is located close to the city center, making it convenient to walk to other restaurants and explore the area. The breakfast was good and filled us up for the day. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated between two tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a spacious terrace. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered fantastic dining options and a great selection of drinks. The hotel also provided leisure facilities such as a jacuzzi and a beautiful garden area. We were impressed with the excellent service, free Wi-Fi, and the convenience of express check-in/out. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and had enough room for all our belongings. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The noise from the nearby tram and ambulances was quite bothersome, especially during the night. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise outside.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel just a short walk from the bustling city center. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
